Yes very satisfied. From initial inquiry to finalisation the customer service team were great to liaise with. Very prompt, professional and helpful. Instructions for ticket pick could be a little clearer. On the actual tour a couple of people didn't make it back to the bus for second pick up, this may have been due to instructions for the meeting point not being clear/tour guide not waiting in exact spot as advised.

had a great day out on the batu caves / country tour. it was well organised and the tour was very informative of the areas and was patient all day. the stops where short ans sweet didnt have to wait along time so the day went smoothly. would deffently recommend it.

Great value and very efficient
If travelling from airport to Paris centre, this is the way to do it for the price it cost. It is VERY good value for money and very efficient. I was a bit wary of having to call when at CDG airport, but there are phones there and got through first time, instructions were clear and driver was waiting.
