Good to know

Best time to visit

You can visit the island of Gozo all year round, with the busiest time during the height of the summer months. Spring and Autumn are less active, so easier to get around. Rain will fall during this time, but it should detract from your visit.

Getting around

There are plenty of ways to get around Gozo. Public transport is inexpensive but can be unreliable, and there are taxi services and car hire if you prefer. These are easily found close to the ferry terminal, the primary way of arriving on the island.

Stay Safe

Although petty crime does exist, Gozo is a safe place to visit; if you are safe with your money and only take around with you what you need, you should be fine.
