There are a couple ways to find tours and activities on isango!
Search: Enter a term of interest into the search field at the top of any isango! page. Your search results will automatically sort by popularity, with our most-booked tours listed first.
Browse: Visit the isango! homepage and enter your chosen destination in the “search” field at the top of the page. You can use the “Sort by” options at the top left of your search results page to organise results by price, user rating, and recommended by us.
First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book. Select the date you wish to book your activity on by clicking the calendar icon under the "Availability" heading. Dates in green mean activity places are still available, while dates in grey are no longer available. Click on the date you wish to book and choose the number of adults and children travelling.
Second, click the "Check availability" button. Some tours have multiple start time options so be sure will need to select the preferred time and date where necessary. Click the booking button to confirm the option you wish to reserve, then click "Add to cart."
On the following page, review your selected booking information, and click the "Check Out" button to enter traveler and payment details. If the supplier offers hotel pick-ups, please add your hotel name and address under the “Meeting Point” field. There’s also a field to enter any special requests or remarks for the supplier.
Once you submit your booking, you will receive a voucher via email. Please print your voucher and bring it with you to the activity. This voucher, along with a valid photo ID, will be checked by the local tour supplier at the activity meeting point. Some of our tours require us to re-confirm availability, for this reason we put the charges on hold. The amount on hold is not charged until the tour is confirmed. This process can take up to 3 working days.
When you make a booking, you can pay with a VISA debit or credit card, a MasterCard debit or credit card, Maestro, Visa Electron or American Express card.
isango! Is located in U.K, and some banks may charge a transaction fee for international payments. Contact your card provider directly for further fee information.
Yes. With our secure online payment system, your payment information is encrypted and secured against fraud. We use industry-standard encryption protocols when transferring and receiving your personal information exchanged with our web pages. When you transfer personal information to us we require that a 'secure session' first be established using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Your personal information is stored in secure operating environments that are not accessible by the general public.
For most bookings made on our website you will receive a confirmed voucher by email. If any activity on isango! requires manual confirmation from the supplier, your booking will be confirmed within 72 hours.
Your reference number can be found on both the confirmation page following your booking submission and in the confirmation email, received once your tour has been confirmed. Your reference number always begins with the letters “ISA” or “AFF”.

If you are removing participants, or changing the date or time of your tour, we will need to contact the local partner to confirm that they can accommodate the change.
Please note that some venues/local suppliers cannot accept cancellations or date/time changes for a confirmed booking.

Purchase a gift voucher by contacting us via phone. Your gift voucher will then be emailed to your preferred recipient for printing. Gift certificates purchased on isango! are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to book any activity on the website.

If you arrive at your activity start point and are unable to locate the supplier/tour guide or do not get picked up at the stipulated time, call the local partner directly using the number provided on your voucher (the supplier’s email address is also provided). If you are unable to reach the local supplier, call us and we will assist.
Registration will help to enhance and personalize your experience with us. You will also be able to check and track your bookings in your My isango! section once you sign up.
