Very nice but slightly short changed
The 'Discover Venice' part of the tour was very good. The guide was informative, funny and interesting. I would really recommend this. As for the Gondola ride, whilst it was 'nice' I felt a bit short changed. The advertised duration was 35 minutes but in reality if was around 20.

Hop-On, Hop Off Tour
It was very difficult to use. There were numbers on the map for each stop, but that number didn't show up anywhere when you were on the bus. The loops were so long that unless you wanted to sit on the bus for a very long time, it was not possible to get back to your starting place. It was difficult to see out of the windows if you were inside the bus.

Excellent tour
Excellent tour. Great to be taken around the more famous pieces in the Louvre, if you don't have time to explore yourself. Nice to have a knowledgeable guide to explain a bit it the history.
