Very happy with the experience

I was very happy with the experience. It was very easy to book, and made all the arrangements from the train station to the site...I loved the tour, and found the historical information the tourguide gave us very interesting and really added to the tour...The trip was excellent. There was a problem with the first tourguide - she put us on the wrong train! But, she left after that and left us in capable hands...Yes, I will recommend isango next time someones announces a trip...I found isango on the ryanair website, and it worked well for my vacation both for both price and convience...

5 - the tour was as promised the  only issue was finding the first stop [as directed by the shop guide] but once we found that - along with other lost souls it was all good and easy...every thing ran smoothly...because the first location suggest [from the tour shop to the bus route] was in a big square - it might be worth making that sign a bit clearer or directing people very clearly to this location. we meet a number of people all looking for the same bus stop!!!we used it to get a sense of Paris and that's what we did...you came up top on google search and then you had good feedback from customers...i could change currency to see what it was really costing me...easy to get around the site...comparative prices to other sites...you really had no hidden costs and a good payment system...

It was a 5 star experience - one that we could not have designed on our own...WE enjoyed the small group atmosphere and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the countryside we traveled through. We appreciated the fact that he did not stick to the main roads but took us thru the countryside...I would have enjoyed spending more time in the gardens of Versailles when the fountains and music display was happening...
