Heading to Disneyland® Paris? Excited to see the fairytale castle, go on the thrilling rides, enjoy the shows and admire the parades. Not forgetting a chance to meet Mickey and Minnie and all the other characters. It’s exciting, right? Our Disneyland® Paris FAQ are all you need to ensure you have the very best of times.

Before you go, you may have some questions? Well, you want to have the best experience, don’t you?  So we’ve compiled what we think are the most relevant Disneyland® Paris FAQ to help you make the most your Disneyland Paris® experience.

 

Can I buy entrance tickets to the Disney Parks without booking them in advance?

Yes, you can. However, the Tickets at the gates are more expensive. Not forgetting the long queues one has to join to get to the ticket window.

 

Can I buy a mini ticket and use it today?

Online tickets can be bought only 24 hours before the day of the visit. Except for SUPER MAGIC tickets, which are active after 2 hours once processed.

Do I need to exchange the voucher at the gate?

One can simply scan their Online Barcoded tickets at the separate E-Ticket Kiosks (don’t worry, there are many).

 

Is printing free at the park gate?

Yes, the printing of tickets is free.

 

Do I have to carry a printed voucher?

Yes, it is mandatory. However, Disney offers a free printing service at Donald’s Desk too.

 

How can I print my ticket at the park gate?

You can visit Donald’s Desk to use the printing facility.

 

I am at the park gate, can you send me my e-voucher?

Yes, but only SUPER MAGIC tickets, if the ticket were not previously purchased.

 

I was not able to use my ticket today, what date is my ticket valid until?

You may refer to the Disney Calendar and the validity of your Ticket. Ticket Validity is mentioned on your e-ticket.

 

How far is Disneyland® Paris from Gare du Nord?

One can make use of RER A line towards Marne-la-Vallee station, which is within walking distance of Disneyland® Paris. It will take approximately an hour to reach the Parks. Visitors with their own vehicles can reach the Theme Parks in 40-45minutes if travelling from the city centre.

 

Can I carry my own food in the park?

No food is allowed in the parks. There is a large selection of restaurants and kiosks which offer a variety of food items.

Do I get fast pass along with the tickets?

Yes, all Disney tickets purchased on our website are included with fastpass® access.

 

Are all the rides covered in my tickets?

Yes, every ride is included in the tickets.

 

How many parks are there at Disneyland® Paris

There are 2 parks at the resort. One is Disneyland Park, and the other is Walt Disney Studios (world of movies and animation). There is also a separate food area called Disney village which is not included in the tickets.

What is the difference between the two parks?

The Disneyland park is dedicated to rides, and Walt Disney Studios is a theme park dedicated to Disney’s movie characters.

 

Can I go out and come inside again after initially entering the gates during the same day?

Yes with hopper tickets you can go in and out the parks as much as you want.

 

What is the meaning of hopper tickets?

Hopper tickets will allow you to go from one park to another on the same day.

 

Can I pre-book the rides online with this ticket?

No, you can use the fastpass® only at the time of taking the rides.

Are parks open in the rain?

Yes, the parks are open throughout the year.

 

What is the difference between one day one park and 1 day 2 park?

In 1 day 1 park, you only have access to 1 park in a day

In 1 day 2 park, you can enter both the parks in one day.

 

What is Fastpass®?

Fastpass® will allow you to pre-book the rides you really want to do, especially to avoid the crowds. You can then go and swipe your tickets for that ride, and it will give you a particular time. All you need to do then is just come and take the ride at the time mentioned on the receipt. This will save you time; however, at one time you can use the fast pass only for one ride.
