The magnificent Sistine Chapel is where you will go next to admire the breathtaking frescoes, especially Michaelangelo’s The Last Judgement. Explore the Piazza, a vision in Baroque style architecture and designed by the legend Bernini, before moving to discover the equally surreal interiors where you can see Michaelangelo’s Pietà. Believed to be the greatest church of Christendom, this where St. Peter, one of Jesus’ twelve apostles, is considered to be buried here.
