The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 48 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

So there’s no last-minute rush, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.

There are no refunds or re-bookings for late arrivals or no-shows.

There will be a group size of 20 or less people per guide.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs, or strollers on this tour.

There will be a moderate amount of walking.

Please note that on Saturdays, the Pantheon is closed due to mass; so, you will see it only from the outside. The Pantheon may be closed during special celebrations and festivities, too. If a closure occurs, your guide will give you a brief history of the building from the outside. It is required to cover your knees and shoulders when you visit the Pantheon.

On Sundays and other holy days, you will tour the Pantheon from the exterior.

Due to the religious nature of the Pantheon, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Pantheon.
