THE VALIDITY: Your Pass will be valid for 48 hours from the first time you scan it at an attraction and/or transport. You will have 6 months from the date of purchase to activate the Pass.

Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time, no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
Covid-19 update:
Soon after booking you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase, this document will be a booking confirmation. We will follow this up with Isango voucher within 48 hours of your booking which would have Your Roma pass collection Code.
This confirmation code and a valid Photo ID Proof are required to collect your cards. You can redeem your voucher for the Pass at any Tourist INFOPOINTS centres.
Public Transport
Due to visitor restrictions, mandatory reservation required for the following attractions:
- Colosseum / Roman Forum / Palatine Hill (dedicated link at www.coopculture.it)
- Borghese Gallery (via email info@tosc.it or call centre +39 0632810)
- Circuit of the Civic Museums (www.romapass.vivaticket.it)
- Baths of Caracalla
- MAXXI (at the museum reception desk)
At Castel Sant’Angelo and Musei Capitolini, you will have direct access to the security checkpoint, without waiting in the ticket window line. Please remember that according to public order reasons, controls have been intensified and therefore there might be delays due to public security operations.
Please remember that most museums generally are closed on Mondays, with the exception of: Colosseo (booking required), Mercati di Traiano, Musei Capitolini, Castel Sant’Angelo, Museo dell’Ara Pacis and Terme di Caracalla. Almost all the museums normally are closed on December 25, January 1 and May 1 too. Don’t forget to check in advance the opening hours and days on the official web sites.
