The tour picks up from the water bus station on the Tronchetto (pier) port of Venice.
Your guide will be waiting holding a sign, "Dolomites Day Tour".
So, there's no rush, please arrive at the start point at least 15 minutes early so as to allow time for pre-departure briefing.
The tour returns to Piazzale Roma, bus station, in Venice.
This is a private tour. The itinerary can be adapted to suit your requirements and allows you to interact closely with your guide for an in-depth discovery the Dolomites.
Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Dolomites, arguably Europe’s most beautiful mountain range. The soaring snow-covered peaks, the deep valleys of pine and the emerald green lakes are a wonderful compliment to the man-made beauty of Venice. From the Tre Cime Di Laveredo, enjoy what is considered the best view of the Dolomites. A visit to the ski resort of Cortina is also included in this tour.
This private tour departs from Tronchetto . You will travel in an air-conditioned vehicle accompanied by a guide.
Your guide will provide you with an intimate experience of Italy's most beautiful mountain range. The itinerary features scenic back-roads with plenty of photo-stops for all the different photographic opportunities these mountains afford.
Start with a stop at the birthplace of Titian and be truly amazed by the contrast between nearby Venice and the snow-capped peaks of the Dolomites as you stop at Lake Misurina surrounded by the towering peaks.
Travel along the stunning mountain roads on your way to Tre Cime di Lavaredo where upon arrival you will walk through a pedestrian path amidst picturesque green pastures and rocky mountain ranges.
Next, you will stop in an idyllic off-the-beaten-track location to enjoy a packed lunch of local delicacies (Not included in the tour cost, can be bought on the day).
In the afternoon, you will visit to the cosmopolitan ski resort of Cortina. We will see the old Olympic Ski jump and admire the setting of the Dolomites most famous town before making our way back to Venice.
The tour ends at Piazzale Roma, bus station at around 6:00pm.

Start your tour from Venice, to visit Cortina, where you will get enough time to see through the city. Make your way to Braies Lake, also known as “Pearl among the Dolomites lakes”. Witness the beautiful sight from one of the coffee shops by the lake while drinking a hot chocolate. Next, you will visit San Candido where you can taste local cheese, Canederli dumpling, cakes and all.

Please call the local activity operator anytime between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, atleast a day prior to the start of the tour to confirm the departure details.
