Overview

Sign up for a professional cooking class with an award-winning chef and discover the secrets of Italian cuisine.

During the lesson, you will learn how to prepare hand-made fresh pasta, following the Italian style of pasta-making. The main dish will be “Italian ravioli” filled with meat or fish and a yummy sauce made with seasonal vegetables (as artichokes, tomatoes or potatoes from the lagoon island).

Use fresh and local products bought from the famous Venetian markets as the Rialto one (the ancient marketplace of Venice). Complete the meal with a delicious cake. Step into the shoes of a patisserie chef and prepare a crème patisserie to put on some sweet local cookies!

Savor the meal cooked by you with a glass of wine in Chef Carolyn’s company.

Born in California, Chef Carolyn has been a resident of Venice for the last 3 decades. She has won a number of awards in Italy and abroad in the last few years.
