    Official City Tour: From 10:00am to 5:00pm every 30 minutes.
    Sausalito Loop: 10:00am - 3:00pm; every hour
    Night Tour: From 6:00pm & 7:00pm

    Meeting Point

    Tickets must be exchanged before boarding the bus at 1331 Columbus Ave, San Francisco
    You may board the bus from any of the stops.
    Sausalito tour: Departs from South Vista Point
    Night Tour: Departs from Fishermans Wharf - Visitor Information Center.
    Cruise passenger information: Downtown tour guests should walk to (A14 Filbert Street Steps) by exiting the cruise terminal and heading towards the intersection between Chestnut St and Sansome St. (across from Pier 27). Guests should walk down Sansome street to discover the stop A14 which is approximately half way down the street; Approx. 10 Minutes walk.

    The route of the hop-on, hop-off tour is subject to change.

    Voucher information: Your voucher needs to be exchanged at the designated meeting point (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

    Your voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date chosen at the time of booking.

    Wheelchairs can be collapsed down and stored on the bus however the bus do not have ramps, passengers would need to walk up 1 step.

    There will be no night tours on 24th and 31st December, and the last tour will be 4:00pm

    San Francisco is a functioning city and therefore political events, demonstrations and celebrations can disrupt the route at any time, especially during summer and at weekends.
