Well, like they say, there’s always room for desert so we’ll fill you in on everything you need to know about the heritage of Italian sweet dishes and all the spots popular with local Romans. Explore the city’s astonishing array of seasonal desserts, an indication of Roman culinary culture as they only believe in using the freshest of seasonal ingredients for dishes (no wonder, they’re so tasty!) and check out the ones available at the time of your visit. If you are in luck, you might even get to sample their traditional , a Roman classic, is a sweet bun filled with fresh cream that will leave you wanting for more.
Although our seasonal tastings vary, there are some icons that we just cannot let you miss out on. An Italian is definitely one of them, so we’ll take you to a local shop offering over 150 different of their home-made ones.
