Today, it is one of the most evocative and beautiful sites which offers a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the people of an ancient civilization. The spectacular ruins are one of Italy’s most visited sites and attract millions of tourists every year.
Your local English-speaking guide will bring the past to life and regale you with fascinating stories about Pompeii and show you the miraculously preserved ancient villas, public baths, restaurants, theatres, and maybe even a brothel.
After some free time for lunch, continue further south along the picturesque seaside roads of the Amalfi Coast…Soak in the beauty of the spectacular coastlines with majestic mountains and romantic villages.
Enjoy some free time in the picturesque seaside village of Positano, explore the meandering streets, the artisanal shops, and savor the local specialty, limoncello!

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins early.
The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.
Due to peak summer weekend traffic enroute and on the Amalfi Coast itself, between June 1st and September 11th, we may substitute Sorrento instead of Positano to avoid serious delays and provide you with a better experience.
