Amble along 200 acres of vines surrounding works of 17th century architecture which is a treasure of one of Italy’s most distinguished noble families, the Pallavicini. Feel the cool humidity of the 3rd century caverns lined with acacia and French oak barrels filled with wines aging to perfection.

The tour starts from the centre of Piazza Re di Roma, by the sculpture in the middle of the square in the city of Rome. From the centre of Rome you can take the line A of metro (subway) direction “Anagnina” and get off at the “Re di Roma” stop.
Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.
The tour ends at Piazza Re di Roma
The tour starts from the centre of Piazza Re di Roma, by the sculpture in the middle of the square in the city of Rome. You can take the line A of metro (subway) direction “Anagnina” and get off at the “Re di Roma” stop. From here you will be picked up in an air-conditioned coach and accompanied by an English-speaking guide taken for wine tasting in the Frascati Region.
You will visit one of the oldest and most beautiful wine producing estates of the Frascati region. The Frascati wines have a long history, matched almost by that of the descendents of the Pallavicini family. Learn about the history of wine in ancient Rome and follow it up by a tasting of 3 wines, olive oil with some fresh oven-baked bread. Stroll around the vineyards and appreciate works of 17th century architecture.
After sampling some of Rome’s famous wines, return to the starting point of the tour. The tour ends at Piazza Re di Roma.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time and present the tour voucher to the tour coordinator/guide.
Late arrivals will not be able to catch up with the group and no refunds will be given for those who arrive after departure time.
