There is no fixed schedule for Flybus from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik City. If your flight is delayed, Flybus will wait for you at the airport.
At Reykjavik City Centre:
Make your own way to BSI Bus Terminal, 101 Reykjavik. Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior. If you take the Flybus approx. 3 - 4 hours before your flight's departure time you will arrive at the airport as recommended by the airport authorities.
At the Keflavik Airport:
Buses are located right outside the terminal building, look out for a coach at your right-hand side, branded with 'Flybus - Reykjavik Excursions'. If you need support, contact the staff at the Reykjavik Excursions counter inside the terminal building.
BSI Terminal or Keflavik Airport
The Flybus service, which has been running for 30 years, provides affordable and convenient round-trip transfers between Keflavik International Airport and Reykjavik. Shuttle services are scheduled to coincide with the arrival times of all arriving flights at Keflavik Airport, and a seat is guaranteed. The buses leave the airport 35-40 minutes after each flight arrives and are located right outside the terminal building.
Flybus has frequent departures from BSI Terminal to the Keflavik International Airport. The terminal is in Reykjavik city centre within walking distance of all the city's major hotels and guesthouses, providing you an edge over taxi fares. Whether arriving on a late flight or delayed for any reasons, the Flybus service ensures a timely drop from the airport to your hotel or the other way around.
Note: You must mention your arrival / departure flight details at the time of booking in Special Request section.
If you are booking for the same day, make sure you book at least 6 hours before departure time and reconfirm the booking with our local partner.
Voucher Information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour to confirm all booking details.
You can use your return ticket whenever you want, simply contact our local activity partner to confirm departure details
