What's the plan:
The tour begins with a complimentary hotel pick-up, where a coach will take you to the South coast of Iceland.
The first stop is at the Selialandsfoss waterfall where you will be able to take in the beautiful scenery and walk behind its magnificent wall of water. The staircase and paths around Skógafoss waterfall offer a similar personal experience where you can climb alongside the cascading falls.
At the Skógafoss waterfall, on a clear day you may have a good view of the famous volcanoes, Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull. When the tour drives under the foothills of Eyjafjallajökull, you can catch a glimpse of the Westman Islands, rising steeply from the ocean just a few kilometres off the coast.
Just beyond the charming beach town of Vík, take in stunning views of the mighty ocean waves crashing onto the black sand beach and the tall sea stacks of Reynisdrangar piercing out of the sea, or climb the Reynisdrangar basalt rock formation.
Discover the great Reynisfjara Black Beach, where the sea crashes upon black sands and hexagonal basalt columns and rock stacks tower over the surroundings.
After seeing all of these amazing sights, the coach will drop you off back at your hotel in Reykjavik. However, drop off would depend on the route and traffic restrictions.
