Our tips for Pisa

Enjoy the leaning tower and try the local food: It goes without saying that you’re there to visit the tower, perhaps even go up it! Allow 2 or 3 hours for that, then seek out some of the local food, especially Pici, a type of thick spaghetti from the Tuscan region.

Spring to autumn are the best times to visit Pisa, yes it’s generally when most people come, but it’s also when you’ll get the best weather.
