The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

The voucher for the 60-minute tour can be shown on mobile device; all other vouchers must be printed on paper in advance.

You must have a passport to go to cross the border. U.S. and Canadian Citizens must bring a government issued photo I.D. and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate).  

Children who are below 18-years-old only require a birth certificate.  

Non-U.S. Citizens need to bring a I-94, Multiple Entry Visa, or Resident Alien Card to re- enter the United States.

You must confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to the border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
