Please note

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher. We're working on changing this; but, at this time, no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

So there is no last minute rush, please arrive 15 minutes early.

We do recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Keep in mind that you are on your feet for most of the tour.

Tours will run rain, snow, or shine. We ask that you check the weather forecast and dress accordingly if inclement weather is predicted.

Our public tours are conducted in English, but our guides speak Spanish, Italian, and French.

Tours are both wheelchair and stroller accessible. There may be one or two stops along the way without a wheelchair ramp and with a small step up, but most stops have a ramp or are street level.

Dogs are allowed as long as you don’t mind leaving them outside when we go inside establishments where they serve food.

A fee of $4.08 will be charged at checkout.
