Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

COVID-19 update: If travel plans have changed because of COVID-19, you can postpone the use of your vouchers until 31 December 2020 as it will now be valid all year. If a customer’s voucher currently states a tour date of 16 March to 31 July, they will also be able to cancel their booking up until 31 July 2020, if alternative travel plans are not feasible.

Our local partners do everything in their power to ensure the tours runs to schedule.  However, New York is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

The Night Tour is not Hop-On, Hop-Off.

Additional info

Buses are wheelchairs accessible. Double-decker buses with lower level seating are marked with the symbol and disabled customers can board them at any of our stops. These buses have ramps and securement for two wheelchairs on the lower level.
