Vouchers must be exchanged at any one of the following Gray Line CitySightseeing New York Visitor Centre for the actual tickets:
At 777 8th Avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets.
Street level entrance of Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42nd Street, just off the corner of 8th Avenue.
Inside Empire State Building: 350 Fifth Avenue (between 33rd and 34th Streets), ground level.

Once you have exchanged your voucher at Gray Line CitySightseeing New York Visitor Centre, you can board the double-decker bus from any of the stops.
You may end the hop-on, hop-off tour at any of the stops.
The vast majority of New York City’s iconic sights are located in the area known as Downtown. This hop-on, hop-off ticket focuses on just this area and gives you 24 hours in which to explore the many places of interest.
Your open-top bus will cover the most popular sites in town: the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building and “Ground Zero,”. Neighborhoods covered by the tour include Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, Times square and more.
Audio commentary is also offered in a choice of 11 languages - English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Hebrew.
The Downtown New York Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour covers all of Manhattan’s most popular sites. Hop-off to get up close to the Statue of Liberty or wander the vibrant streets of Chinatown. Once you have explored simply jump back on the open-top bus.
Frequent departures ensure you will never have to wait long for a bus. While on-board, commentary will ensure you do not miss a thing.

Vouchers must be exchanged for actual tickets before starting the tour. Tickets are valid from the time you redeem your voucher at the visitor center.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
The route of the hop-on, hop-off tour is subject to change.
Your voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date chosen at the time of booking.
On 24 November 2016, there will be slight changes in the route due to a parade.
On New Year’s Eve and 31 December, last tour will be at 3:00pm
Photo Id for the named Lead Passenger may be required at the time of collecting the ticket in exchange of the voucher.
The buses have ramps and are therefore fully wheelchair accessible.
