The View from the Shard is located at 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 3U. Guests should use the Joiner Street entrance which has a direct link from London Bridge Station (Jubilee and Northern Lines).

At a height of 800ft (244m), The View from the Shard is almost twice the height of any other viewing platform in London and offers a premium visitor experience offering guests an unparalleled encounter with an incredible building surrounded by the creativity, history and culture of London.
The Shard is an iconic, landmark building designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano. Soaring to 1,016ft (310m), the Shard is the tallest building in Western Europe and is now an important feature of London’s skyline.
The view from the Shard is a breathtaking experience. You’ll reach the levels via high-speed elevators that build anticipation, excitement and exhilaration. On Level 69, London past, present and future is laid out before you and brought to life in multimedia displays and installations. You’ll especially enjoy the excellent viewing telescopes.
On Level 72, you’ll have the most extreme experience as you’re exposed to the elements and sounds of the city beneath. You’ll also have the chance to look up to the shards of glass that form the top of the sculptural building as they disappear upwards further into the sky.
You’ll exit via a small boutique on Level 68 prior to descending in the elevators back to the reception. There, you’ll have the opportunity to browse the main boutique as well as purchase a souvenir photograph.
The entire experience is enjoyed at your leisure, queue and crowd free with no time restriction on your stay.
Enjoy garden delights while taking in breathtaking views of the capital from the London's highest summer garden, which is open at the skydeck until 18th September, 2016. The garden has 1500 flowers, 1900 litres of soil and over 80 snails.

Important note All tickets for the View from the Shard have an entry time. Slots are given every 30 minutes from 9.00am to 8.30pm. If you have a preferred visit time you need to provide this at the time of booking, otherwise a time will be allocated to you.
We cannot guarantee your first choice of time but if you enter a time in the special requests field we will provide a time as close to that time as possible
Admission to the View will only be valid on the date and time shown on the ticket. Visitors arriving before their allocated time will have to wait until the time stated on their ticket before being permitted entry. Any latecomers may have to wait until capacity is available for them to enter.
All visitors will be subject to airport style search so please allow sufficient time for entry.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
