Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the buses.
The family ticket includes 4 persons - 2 adults and 2 children.
The night tour (with the 2-day ticket) is a dated and timed ticket that needs to be booked in advance. Due to Covid 19 government restrictions, only group bookings for a maximum of 6 guests will be accepted.
The tour will operate with only 9 stops till further notice.

To uphold these new safety and hygiene standards in keeping our guests safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we may have to operate a reduced service and changes to ticket inclusions. This may also include frequency of departures, changes to routes and reduction/removal of stops.

Cruise: The cruise departs from Tower Pier (near Stop 16), Waterloo Pier (near Stop 11) or Westminster Pier (near Stop 18), and takes approximately 30 minutes. Customers who have purchased a Premium or Deluxe ticket may also travel as far as Greenwich Pier (but please note that there is no Big Bus Tours stop at Greenwich).
