    All over the world, Auschwitz became synonymous with the terror of genocide and the Holocaust. This concentration camp was established by the Nazis in 1940, in the suburbs of the city of Auschwitz, which, like other parts of Poland, was occupied by the Germans during the Second World War. Gain a strong perspective on one of the worst atrocities ever committed to mankind.


    Your tour will begin with a pick up from your hotel in Krakow by an English speaking driver assistant in an air-conditioned vehicle.

    • Arrive in Auschwitz.
    • Your guide will show you around the camp surroundings along with insightful information about the Holocaust.
    • Visit the concentration and extermination camp museum for more historical insights.

    At the end of the tour, you will return to your original point of departure in Krakow.

    Please note

    If the group is bigger than 10 passengers, there are obligatory headphones for rental. This costs about 1 EUR per passenger.

    In the end of April there is a 'March of the Living' that attracts thousands of people of Jewish origin from all over the world. So due to official celebrations some places might be temporarily unavailable for tourist or with restricted access. Which usually means that you can not come closer than 10 meters to the monument where they are laying down the flowers, all other parts of the camp are open all the time.

    The 5 hour duration comprises of 3 hour walk around the museum and 2 hours of traveling (both ways).

    The maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Museum can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10 cm. If you have bigger one then please leave your bags in the bus.
