You may be asked to show your passport when you visit Auschwitz. Carry the same and fill your full name (and of people traveling with you) and passport details while booking this tour in the special requests section as a security measure.

The camps mostly have dirt tracks, which may cause minor difficulties for wheelchair-users. Few areas are not accessible by wider wheelchairs or baby pushchairs. For the comfort of visitors with mobility problems, the museum provides substitute wheelchairs of sizes that allow moving around the grounds and buildings.
