Start your Venice walking tour from the Piazza San Marco and admire the monuments that dot this popular city square. Take a look from the outside to San Marco Basilica and the many monuments on San Marco Square and discover the wonderful Clock Tower and Procuratie at San Marco Square.

The next attraction on your walking tour is the Santa Maria Formosa. Learn the history and evocative stories related to this wonderful church. Enjoy exploring the past of the Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo Square, a site which holds the "Pantheon" of Venice, the Great School of Charity, the Captains of Fortune and more.
Your tour will take you through Marco Polo’s House and the Malibran Theatre, where you will learn the rich history of the theatre and find out more about the great Venetian adventurer, Marco Polo.
Moving forward, pass through the Mercerie, both the main connection between Rialto and San Marco and the main shopping centre in Venice. The next stop in your walking tour is Doge’s Palace.
