About the art of glass making: This Venetian art dates back to the 7th century, and includes using crystalline glass, smalto, and aventurine, with threads of gold, millefiori, multicolored and lattimo, mild glass. Venetian artistes since generations have continued to churn out masterpieces like chandeliers, frames, jewel boxes, necklaces, and glasses for Champagne and wine. Watching a glass artisan at work is sure to be enthralling but creating a glass artefact by yourself is guaranteed to be an invaluable and riveting experience!

This is a private tour. This tour can accomodate maximum upto 2 people. 

Getting there by foot: From Campo (square) San Bartolomeo, (with Rialto Bridge your left) go straight to Fondaco Dei Tedeschi, go on and cross two bridges, when you are in Calle Ca’ Dolfin turn right. Proceed straight on Salizada S. Canzian until Calle Larga Widmann and keep on straight along calle Pellestrin, after few minutes you will reach a small square and, on your left, you will find the workshop.

Please wear comfortable shoes.
