Thursdays - Sundays
The pristine beauty of Rottnest is well-known across the globe but it’s seafood is to die for. Bringing you the ultimate in ocean adventure to Western Australia’s favourite holiday island, Rottnest, this seafood catching and dining cruise tour is designed for those who love fresh seafood - with the perfect blend of excitement and indulgence.
Beginning our journey with canapé and welcome drinks the moment we step on-board, our thrilling adventure that includes crayfishing begins right away as we help our experienced crew pull up the pots of Western Rock Lobster or crayfish. Get a feel of your own catch before it goes on your plate and then witness the live barbecue action, at our open kitchen, of preparing the fresh lobster. If you are looking for a little more action, there’s even an opportunity to indulge in a swim or a session of snorkeling in the waters around us!
Then it would be time for the highlight of our day - a deluxe 5-Course Banquet meal, packed with as much West Australian produce as possible including sashimi salmon, Blue Swimmer crabs, fresh shucked oysters, West Australian king prawns, marinated West Coast Octopus, Australian barramundi fillets served with lemon wedges and garden salad, and last but not the least, your freshly-caught crayfish prepared barbecue or sashimi-style with Asian fried rice. Sealing the deal would be our divine desserts, with home-baked chocolate brownies, fresh strawberries with molten chocolate. Not to mention, your exquisite meal is paired with unlimited complimentary West Australian wines (Howard Park MadFish label), plus local bottled beers and soft drinks.
With an opportunity to relax on board and enjoy prime coastal views while moored in the calm turquoise waters of Longreach or Parakeet Bay, live the dream on board your very own hands-on seafood soirée. Rottnest has never tasted so good!
