Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

We strongly suggest you arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pickup time.

Things to bring:

One small bag / backpack per person (no luggage allowed)

Powerbank (No charging facilities may be available)

Dress according to the weather conditions by checking the forecast in advance.

Carry sufficient funds for any purchases you may make.

Reminders:

No prams, strollers, luggage or large bags are permitted onboard our touring vehicles due to a lack of storage space.

We are able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. There are only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact us with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details.

All of our guides speak English. If you need commentary in a different language, you can download the Go West Tours app from the App Store or Google Play before your trip.
