    Overview

Vibrant nature and exciting native wildlife make this Phillip Island tour is a must-do! Visit the Brighton Beach Bathing boxes and take time to admire the beauty of the beach.

After this pay a visit to Moonlit Sanctuary on the Mornington Peninsula and see koalas, kangaroos and wallabies in the sanctuary. The sanctuary also showcases the lesser-known but equally adorable endangered creatures including the southern bettong, eastern quolls and rare squirrel gliders.

The day ends with an amazing wildlife experience; the famous Penguin Parade. Watch the world’s smallest penguins waddle ashore after spending the day fishing out at sea. You’ll be truly enchanted as the stars of the show emerge from the surf and pass right before your eyes on their journey back to their homes.

That's not all! Enjoy FREE WiFi onboard the air-conditioned coach and and a complimentary iPod translation service in 13 languages.

    Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned minibus for your Phillip Island Tour. An English-speaking guide will accompany you on this tour.

Departing Melbourne at around midday, we proceed to the city’s most colourful attraction the iconic Brighton Beach bathing boxes for an opportunity to visit the beach and take some time to admire this historic landmark.

The first destination of your Phillip Island Tour will be the Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, just 50 minutes from Melbourne.

This award-winning park is home to more than 200 animals and makes up some 30 species. Learn about iconic species such as kangaroos, koalas, emus & wallabies, as well as some of our lesser known favourites including quolls, owls, bandicoots & Tasmanian devils. Enjoy the spectacular “Conservation in Action wildlife show, which showcases a number of lesser-known Australian species in a series of interactive and engaging ranger presentations.

A visit to Point Grant and The Nobbies gives us an opportunity to enjoy views over Westernport Bay and Bass Strait, including Seal Rocks, home to Australia’s largest population of fur seals.

And then it’s onwards to the main event, where just after dark every night the world’s smallest penguins waddle ashore after spending the day fishing out at sea. You’ll be truly enchanted as the stars of the show emerge from the surf and pass right before your eyes on their journey back to their homes. Your guide will ensure you are able to get the very best vantage point to enjoy the Penguin Parade where you would be experiencing a bird's eye view of the little penguins.

You will have two viewing upgrade options to choose from:
Penguins Plus:Includes access to the Penguins Plus exclusive boardwalk at Penguin Parade.
Penguins Underground: Includes access to the Penguins Underground viewing area

After the parade we allow plenty of time to explore the Visitor Centre before beginning our own journey back to Melbourne.

FREE WiFi onboard & iPod Translation: If you want to find some information about your next destination or share that amazing photo you’ve just taken via social media – you can do it immediately with FREE WiFi onboad the minibus. The translation is offered in 13 languages; French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Malaysian and Portuguese.
