To begin your Royal London tour, you will board your luxury coach from the station and set off for a panoramic drive around Parliament Square.
During the drive you will see the magnificent Westminster Abbey where Prince William and Kate Middleton were married. Drive up to Kensington Palace, the former residence of Princess Diana, and see the important Victorian masterpieces of the Royal Albert Hall and Albert Memorial.
From Albert Memorial, proceed to Buckingham Palace to see the colourful ceremony of the Changing of the Guard. Accompanied by a military band, a detachment of the Queen's Foot Guard march to Buckingham Palace in their bearskins and red tunics and make a change with the Old Guard. The Changing of the Guard ceremony at the Palace encompasses a colourful spectacle and British pageantry.
The next day, meet at Victoria Coach Station and travel from London to Stonehenge with our half-day express service. Tour the site with an Evan Evans exclusive interactive map and audio guide available in 10 languages and ponder at the significance of the 40 ton stones. What were they intended for: an observatory of the moon, a temple to the sun, or perhaps an elaborate cemetery?
On leaving Stonehenge, you will return back to London and dropped at Victoria Coach Station.
Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour to confirm departure details.
When the Changing of Guard ceremony does not take place, we will visit the Horse Guards Parade.
