Voucher information: Please show your smartphone voucher at the entrance to receive a bracelet with which you can access all rides and performances as many times as you wish.

Wheelchair accessibility: The park has no architectural barriers and is therefore fully accessible. At Shark Bay, there is one wheelchair available free of charge with your ID as a deposit

Last admission: 4 hours before closing time

Afternoon entry is permitted from 2 pm

The ticket offices close at 3.45 pm, after this time it will no longer be possible to access the Park
