Overview

The tour will begin at the Taormina market where we will buy all the ingredients that we need for the lesson. We will start making home-made pasta, Caponata and many other dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition. Once the course is finished, all participants will taste the prepared dishes with different Sicilian wines and liquors. Mineral water and coffee included, of course! Guests will be provided with a nice recipe in English and a certificate of participation from the Chef.
