This tour takes you on a guided trail to explore the ruins of the historic kingdom of the ancient city, with the option to choose a morning or afternoon time slot for the utmost convenience.

Get an insight into Rome’s regal past as your guide takes you amidst jaw-dropping Roman architecture. Meeting your guide at the Arch of Constantine statue, make your way past the long queues to enter the iconic Colosseum, armed with a pocket radio receiver and earphones. Once inside, prepare to be swooned off your feet with the astonishing history as you listen to stories of bravery, battles, public life and royalty in ancient Rome. Sink into the surreal stories of gladiator battles and animal hunts cheered on by thousands at this very venue. Admire this living proof of the engineering and architectural genius of the Romans which has also acted as a model for stadiums around the world.

Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.

Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

Because of more security measures, you may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues.

To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. The Colosseum does not have any cloakroom facilities in which to store such items.

Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for those with mobility problems. We are also unable to accommodate strollers/pushchairs on this tour.

Even with priority access, some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.

On this tour, some of the venues or parts of the venue may be subject to last-minute, unpredictable closures. When this occurs, we are happy to offer customers an extended tour in keeping with the advertised total length of the tour.

If you wish to avail the hotel transfer service, you need to select option with pick up while booking so as to make required arrangements for pickup.

Pick up is provided from centrally located hotels. Pick up could be as early as 1 hour prior to start of the tour.

You need to bring a valid identification document for all members of the group, both adults and children. If a document attesting to the age of the children is not presented, they will be charged the adult rate.
