Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. Hop-on-hop-off tickets are valid for redemption on the booked travel date or any date before it.
Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.

Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.

You will receive your cruise ticket once you board the bus (Must-See package).

Due to roadworks on Coventry Street, the Christmas Lights Tour & Yellow Route (Stop 1) will depart/return from 33 Haymarket, SW1Y 4HA London (Located outside the Wok and Fire restaurant) until further notice

Attraction ticket:

You must take a printed copy of your confirmation voucher with you as this is your ticket for entry

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Last admission: 1 hour before closing time.

Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.

If you require the use of a wheelchair please mention it clearly in the ‘special request’ section during the booking process.

There are six manual wheelchairs (25GBP deposit) and two boosters/ electronic wheelchairs (50GBP deposit) available at the Zoo entrance. There is no wheelchair hire charge, but you will be asked to pay a deposit.

Those booking senior or student options will be required to provide proof of age on the day of the tour. Anyone not able to provide such proof will be charged the additional amount locally.
