Overview
The fun starts when you board the super-fast Eurostar™ train at St Pancras and whizz under the English Channel to France. On arrival at Gare du Nord, an expert guide will meet you and stay with you throughout your time in Paris.
You will be treated to a panoramic tour of world’s most romantic city and see Parisian gems including the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Élysées, the Grand Palais, the Place de la Concorde and the Trocadéro, all from the comfort of your seat! As you take in the sights, an entertaining audio-commentary in a choice of languages will make sure you don’t miss a thing.
And this is just the beginning. Your guided tour also includes an ascent of the Eiffel Tower.This incredible structure stands at a whopping 1.063 feet high.Be ready with your camera to capture the breathtaking cityscapes from the second floor.
There’ll be more photo-opportunities when you take an hour-long cruise on the River Seine and enjoy splendid views of the city’s most magical monuments.
And no trip to Paris is really complete unless you pay a visit to the Louvre with its magnificent art collection. Marvel at the Venus de Milo, Mona Lisa and thousands more precious artworks.

Itinerary
To join your exciting Simply Paris – Guided Day Tour From London you should make your way to St. Pancras International station. Here you’ll receive an informative welcome pack in exchange for your voucher.
Your Paris day trip then kicks off in style with a ride on the world-famous Eurostar™. The 2hr 15 min journey to Paris passes through 31 miles of Channel Tunnel!
On arrival in Paris, a guide will meet you at Gare du Nord Station and escort you to a coach or mini bus depending on numbers. You will then be taken on a 2 hour 15 minute panoramic tour that includes such Parisian gems as Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Grand Palais, the stately Opéra Garnier and the Place de la Concorde.
As you admire the highlights of Paris you can listen to an informative and entertaining audio-commentary in nine languages (French, English, German, Japanese, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish).
Your tour also takes in the Eiffel Tower, the tallest structure in town and as symbolic of Paris as warm croissants and pavement cafés. Ascend to the second floor and see the great ‘City of Light’ spread out below you. Designed by Gustave Eiffel, the iron lattice tower was erected in 1889 as the entrance arch to the 1889 World’s Fair.
You will also visit another Parisian icon, the magnificent Louvre, originally a royal palace but now the world’s most famous museum and a treasure trove of priceless art. Here you can pay your respects to great works like the Mona Lisa and the Venus of Milo.
On Tuesday the Louvre is closed and you will be given a ticket to Musée d’Orsay, home to the largest collection of Impressionist paintings in the world.
You’ll have the chance to get another perspective on Paris and its magnificent monuments when you enjoy an hour-long Seine cruise. Expect marvelous views of Notre Dame and the historic bridges of Paris. An audio- guide in 13 languages is provided.
After a thrilling day spent discovering Paris, your guide will escort you back to the Gare du Nord where your departure time is 2013h (8:13pm).
Train times are subject to change and may vary, especially during the Christmas and New Year holiday season, so do check the return time with the local activity operator’s representative before departure from London.
Your day trip ends where it began – at St. Pancras International station.
