The tour ends at Tower Pier
This London tour starts at Victoria Coach Station at 8:45am. You will travel in an air-conditioned motor-coach accompanied by an English-speaking Blue Badge Guide. You’ll receive a personal audio headset for the duration of the tour, so you’ll benefit from live-guided commentary at every point of your tour enhancing your touring experience and bringing your guide’s commentary to life. Start the day with a panoramic drive to Kensington Palace, former home of Diana, Princess of Wales. the Royal Albert Hall, Albert Memorial and Westminster. This is the political heart of the UK and it is here you will find some of London’s most iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. You will also take a drive round Parliament Square and past Downing Street – the home of the Prime Minister. Continue to Buckingham Palace where you will see the famous Changing of the Guard Ceremony. Truly a must-do in London you will witness pageantry and tradition which has remained unchanged for centuries. The tour includes a short break for lunch; you can spend this time at leisure or the guide can provide you with suggestions for lunch. Then it’s time for one of the first highlights of the day – a guided tour of St Paul’s Cathedral. This masterpiece with its distinctive dome is one of the most recognizable landmarks on the London Skyline. Your guide will tell you about the buildings fascinating history; from its destruction during the great fire of London in 1666 to the many events that have been held there; including the wedding of Charles; Prince of Wales to Lady Diana Spencer. Next it’s on to the Tower of London. This ancient fortress offers more history than perhaps any other London landmark. The tower is still guarded by the traditional Yeoman Warders (Beefeaters) who will enthrall you with tales of murder, mystery, intrigue and treason at the tower. While there you will also be able to see the Crown Jewels including the famous Koh-I-Nor Diamond which is over 6000 years old. On your way to the Tower of London, you will take a drive through the City of London, also known as the “Square Mile.” This is one of the oldest parts of London and is also the heart of the financial district; thus the area is a fascinating mix of architecture; where thousand-year-old structures stand harmoniously next to 21st century skyscrapers and the whole area is alive with the hustle and bustle of city traders. This tour also includes a cruise on the famous River Thames. Travel from Tower Pier to Westminster Pier where your tour concludes. If you wish to use your river cruise another day, you’re welcome to do so but your tour will conclude at Tower of London. Your tour concludes at approx. 5.30pm.

Coach seating: The maximum capacity of our vehicles is limited and seating is planned so that households/support bubbles are seated separately on the coach.
Please note that we currently cannot accept a booking of more than 6 guests, and we ask that guests stay within their individual group at all times during their tour.
Guests from different households are not permitted to mix indoors at venues in high or very high risk areas. All guests must follow the guidelines in place at each attraction.
The Changing of the Guard ceremony doesn't take place at Buckingham Palace everyday. On some occasions, it takes place at Horseguards Parade.

Those booking senior or student options will be required to provide proof of age on the day of the tour. Anyone not able to provide such proof will be charged the additional amount locally.
The Changing of the Guard ceremony happens in the morning, the tour goes to Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral in the afternoon.
On 23 Dec 20, St. Paul's Cathedral will close early. Last Admission will be at 1:15pm.

Folding wheelchairs can be taken on the coaches however customers must be able to climb the stairs on and off the coach.
