The cruise is operated by Hornblower - City Cruises. How to do the cruise? Cruise tickets will be issued when you exchange your voucher on the bus so you must visit the bus in the first instance. Please note that the cruise is offered as strictly subject to availability.
Stop 11 (Buckingham Palace) is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 - 12:00 due to the Changing of the Guards.
Due to works in the area, stop 10 (Horseferry Road) will be closed temporarily. The nearest alternative pickup point will be Westminster Pier (Stop 9). We apologize for the inconvenience.
