Taxi: Take a taxi to the Cultural Centre Tunnel off Stanley Place near the State Library of Queensland.
Walk: Walk along the river on the Board Walk to the front of State Library of Queensland. There you will see the Cultural Centre Pontoon.

You can have a wonderful afternoon at the sanctuary and make your own arrangements to return to Brisbane.
You also have the option of spending 2.5 hours at the sanctuary and taking a return river cruise to Brisbane in the evening.
Join your Mirimar Cruise at Reef Fleet at Cultural Centre Pontoon, to start your river cruise to the Lone Pine Sanctuary. The boarding starts at 9:30am, and the cruise begins at 10am.
Enjoy a 75 minutes sightseeing cruise on the Brisbane River. Listen to highly interesting commentary as you pass Brisbane’s riverfront highlights. Enjoy a variety of mouth-watering refreshments (not included in the package) on board as you soak in the myriad sounds, smells and sights of Brisbane.
You will be reaching the sanctuary at approximately 11:15am. Once you reach the shores of the park, you are at liberty to spend time in the Lone Pine Sanctuary as you please. You can make your own arrangements to return to Brisbane once your sanctuary tour comes to an end.
If option of return river cruise is chosen:
Disembark on the shores of the Lone Pine Sanctuary and spend 2.5 hours in the world's first and largest koala sanctuary with approximately 95 species of Australian native wildlife.
After the tour, take the return cruise back to Brisbane. The 1 hour and 15 minutes river cruise ends at approximately 5pm at Cultural Centre Pontoon.
