On DC DUCK Tour, you’ll enjoy the area’s most extraordinary sightseeing excursion while riding in an authentic, fully restored DC DUCK vehicle. The DUCK were created in 1942 following the attack on Pearl Harbor and became a vital means of transporting supplies from ships to areas that did not have port facilities. The vehicles were built by encasing 2½ ton GM trucks in a watertight shell.
Experience a feeling of patriotism as you view some of the most stunning monuments in the United States on a boat with wheels. See the famous Smithsonian Museums and many other magnificent Washington DC points of interest…then hold onto your seat as you head straight for the Potomac River, and take the big splash!

Reservations are required in advance as space is limited for this popular tour. The tour does sell out and ADVANCE securing of reservation is highly advisable. All seating is on a first come, first served basis.
