Australia’s second-oldest national park in Sydney’s north, the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park combines important history with scenic beauty and boasts significant Aboriginal sites, including ancient red ochre rock paintings and rock engravings, reached via the Red Hands Cave track.
Travel through the pristine waterways on a catamaran cruise and see remote aboriginal rock engravings only accessible by water. Enjoy indigenous interpretation at several ancient Aboriginal sites and tuck into a sumptuous gourmet bush tucker lunch.
Stop at West Head Lookout and take in picturesque ocean views over Broken Bay, Lion Island, Palm Beach, Pittwater, and the Central Coast. Visit an aboriginal site with an expert guide in tow and study the rock engravings.
