Cruise Sydney Harbour in style and comfort on the Sydney Harbour Tall Ship Lunch Cruise. To join your ship, please make your way to Campbell’s Cove at The Rocks. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the starting time.
On leaving the wharf you will set sail across the glittering waters of the harbour. You will get splendid views of all the iconic landmarks such as Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Fort Denison, Garden Island, Luna Park and Admiralty House.
Your host will provide an informative briefing on Southern Swan, Sydney's only authentic timber tall ship. Built in 1922 in Denmark of Danish oak, the ship, then known as the Svanen, was used as a grain carrier by the Tuborg Beer Company until 1969. She later saw service as a sail training vessel with the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets, and in 1982 she participated in the Tall Ships Race from Philadelphia to Portugal. In 1986 Svanen sailed to England to join the Australian Bicentennial First Fleet Re-Enactment for the historic voyage to Sydney.
If you'd like to heave on a rope you can – otherwise simply sit back, relax and enjoy the entertainment provided by the crew, chef and the barman – all of whom are at your service!
You will also enjoy a delicious lunch buffet on board.
