Start in Perth where you will visit the Botanical Gardens and the Cottesloe Beach before continuing to explore Fremantle – the largest port in Western Australia renowned for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Return to Perth with a leisurely cruise down the scenic Swan River. As you arrive in Perth you will be afforded magnificent views of the leafy suburbs and city skyline.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Perth and will travel in a luxury coach accompanied by a guide.
Your day starts with a visit to Kings Park and Botanic Gardens. The Park is spread over a 4 square kilometer area and has over 2,500 species of plants. You will have time to experience a walk through the tree's canopies on the Tree Top Walkway. Reaching 16 metres in height, this arched bridge enables you to walk amidst the canopy of magnificent tall trees including Eucalyptus, Karri, Marri, Tingle and Jarrah trees.
Continue to Cottesloe Beach. This beautiful beach lies on the way to Fremantle and is favourite with locals and visitors alike. Its crystal clear water is great for swimming while the rocks and reef nearby are great for snorkeling.
Continue by coach to the historic port town of Fremantle which is Western Australia’s largest port. It has spectacular colonial architecture, vibrant restaurants and a very colourful market.
To start your journey back to Perth you will be taken to the jetty from where you will board the boat to enjoy a cruise on the famous Swan River. Home to the elegant Black Swan, the river winds its way through Perth city and its suburbs, widening to the size of a lake at Melville Waters. Relax onboard and appreciate the sights – the new Bell tower, the restored Swan Brewery, Kings Park, Royal Perth Yacht Club – as the boat takes you back to Perth.
Disembark at the jetty and board the coach to travel to Perth City Centre where the tour ends.
