Head out on a day long excursion from Osaka and see the top sites of Western Japan. Take in the cherry blossom landscape of Arashiyama and spend leisure time at Kobe’s MOSAIC Mall from where you can also see stunning views of the coast and the historic metropolis.

Filled with shrines and temples, spend three hours at Arashiyama which is one of the most popular tourist districts in Kyoto. Visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and walk amid the soaring stalks of bamboo. Take pictures with the towering canes as your backdrop.  

From Arashiyama, you will take the Randen tram ride to Shijo Omiya. The Randen tram is the last of the network of tramlines that once operated in Kyoto. Running for over 100 years, the tram route covers some of Japan’s most popular heritage sites.    

Nara Park
Once you reach at Shijo Omiya, you will be transported to Nara Park, famous for wild deers.  

Your last stop will be the historic city of Kobe which was completely rebuilt after a devastating earthquake in 1995. Shop till you drop at MOSAIC mall and enjoy waterfront views of the coast and the city. Enjoy leisure time at the mall before you make your return journey to Osaka.

You can also upgrade your package to include a buffet lunch or a Beef Shabu Shabu set lunch.

Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.

So there’s no last-minute rush please arrive at the start point 10 minutes early.

With the bus only option, you will have ample time to visit Nara Park, for which you have to pay directly at the site.

You may request your food preference (in case of buffet) - vegetarian or Halal at the time of booking and our local partners will arrange the same.

There will be no separate seats for children travelling for free.

Our local partners can arrange departures from the Kansai International Airport for an additional charge of 1000yen per guest. Your pick up will be from Terminal 1 at 7:30am.

If you wish to grab some dinner at Kobe MOSAIC, our local partners can arrange it at an additional cost. A shabu-shabu hotpot dinner is offered for 2,000yen for adults and 1,000yen for children. You can also opt for a Kobe beef steak set for 7,000yen.

For customers who wish to board from Kyoto, the pick up point is Kyoto Station. For Customers who wish to go back to Kyoto, bus will drop them off at Hearton Hotel Nishi Umeda (guide will hand them train ticket to go to JR Kyoto Station by themselves).
