Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
Your booking voucher can be redeemed for the New York Pass at at the Big Bus visitors centre located at 712 7th avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets.
Opening hours for all attractions will be detailed in the guidebook that is provided with your New York Pass. All attractions may not be open on all days.
The smart card technology used by the New York pass includes a computer chip within the card itself. This chip records when and where you first use your pass and your validity period will start from that day.
Your New York Pass also entitles you to a host of special offers and discounts at New York restaurants and retailers.
You can visit each attraction just once with the New York Pass.
Upon the receipt of your New York Pass, note the unique number found on the front of the card. If you know that number and your pass is lost or stolen you can call 800-490-9330 to check if your card has been used or not. Once non-use is confirmed, you will be provided with a replacement card.
