No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.

So, there’s no last minute rush, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Show your smartphone ticket and a valid photo I.D. directly at the entrance.

Admissions into the factory happen every half an hour between 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

If the maximum number of visitors who can enter at the same time is reached, you might have to wait for the next available timeslot.

Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian who is above 18 years.

No outside food or drinks allowed.

Strollers are not allowed but can be folded and stored in the coat check.
