Overview

Visit Miami Zoo, the only tropical wildlife park in the United States and see animals and birds from all over the world.

Miami Zoo has been designed keeping in mind the natural habitats of animals who reside there. Meet over 2,000 animals spread across the zoo in specific sections like the savannah of Africa, the rainforests of Asia, the Amazonian jungle, the Australian outback and the swamps of Florida.

See lions, orangutans, kangaroos, anacondas, bats and crocodiles during your visit. Some of the major attractions in Miami Zoo include crocodile feeding station, the Malaysian sun bear, komodo dragons and Florida’s iconic pink flamingos.

Miami Zoo also has a number of exhibits like the Dr Wilde’s World of Discovery, an indoor museum about plants and animals found in tropical American rainforests. You can also enjoy camel rides and feed parrots.
