The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

No need to print! If you are traveling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.

So there’s no last-minute rush, please arrive at the start point 30 minutes early.

Be prepared to get wet and possibly soaked.

Please note that you will need to bring the same I.D. proof and credit card that you used to pay for the booking of the tickets.

Requirements to ride on the Orange Twister:

Additional passengers may ride the Jet Boat at an extra cost of $30 to be payable on the spot.

Kids need to be at least 3 years and 36" tall to ride.

Any person 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Kids under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian to sign the waiver for them.

Pregnant women are advised to stay away from the ride. It is highly recommended that people who suffer from back or heart problems do not go to any of our rides. If you have any other health conditions and aren’t sure if you should ride, contact your doctor before doing the activity.

If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must do it with at least 24 hours in advance. If you are making a reservation for the same day or in violation of our 24 hours-in-advance policy, the client accepts there are no reschedules, cancellations or refunds.

Requirements to ride on the Jet Skis:

A security deposit of 150 dollars is required per Jet Ski. This can be paid by cash or card.

Maximum weight per person is 300 lbs. Two people can fit on the same Jet Ski as long as they are under 350 lbs together.

Up to two people per Jet Ski. Both riders may drive if they qualify.

No switching allowed. Once you go out, you must stay put for the entire time of your ride!

You must be at least 22-years-old to rent a personal watercraft. All drivers must bring a driver’s license.

Drivers born on or after January 1st, 1988 must have a boater education card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (“FWC”) or an equivalent boater education card issued by another state.

Temporary Boater’s Education cards available online at https://www.boat-ed.com/floridarental/ for a $9.99 fee including 3$ fee for registration. You can have unlimited tries on this exam & we advise to take it prior to coming to the location.
