Most of the Zoo is accessible for wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties. Wheelchairs are available at Zoo entrance for hire. There is no wheelchair hire charge, but you will be asked to pay a deposit.

Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.

Those booking senior or student options will be required to provide proof of age on the day of the tour. Anyone not able to provide such proof will be charged the additional amount locally.
